Recently, the discipline inspection and supervision agencies have reported many typical cases of violating the spirit of the Central Eight Regulations, exposing that some party members and cadres still have stubborn problems in deviating from their purpose and being separated from the masses. Some violations of discipline that use the cloak of "human relationships" and use power to seek rent are essentially putting personal desires above the interests of the people and contrary to the people's position of the Communist Party of China.

The Party’s greatest political advantage is its close ties with the masses, and the greatest danger after the Party comes to power is its separation from the masses. For some time, some cadres have believed in "office decision-making" and used digital reports to replace field surveys; some grassroots surveys have shown "formalism on the toes", and "viewing the scenery through the window" ignores the real needs of the people; some places are keen on "bonsai projects", alienating people's livelihood projects into image projects. These styles of work are very likely to damage the image of the Party and the government in the hearts of the people.

People's hearts are the greatest politics.
