The "four electrics" project has entered the sprint stage, laying the foundation for the opening and operation of the internal line plan this year.
The "Four Electrical" project is the general term for professional projects such as communications, signals, power and power traction power supply in high-speed rail construction. It is the "central brain" and source of power of the entire high-speed rail, and it is also a key link in high-speed rail construction. High-speed rail trains use pantographs on the roof to draw the electrical energy on the contact network conductor to provide power to the train, which is the basis for high-speed rail operation.
In order to ensure the accuracy of contact network conductor mounts, Guangxi Nanchong Railway Company and China Railway Nanning Bureau Group Co., Ltd. Nanning Railway Engineering Construction Command guided China Railway Electrochemical Bureau to adopt a technology-advanced constant tension cable mount vehicle to ensure that the overall straightness accuracy of the mounted contact network conductor is within 0.1 mm, ensuring that the train can stably obtain electricity from the contact network conductor, and meet the needs of stable bow network relationship during the train operation. The construction unit also uses the self-developed high-speed rail lithium battery precision tightening system, contact network intelligent detection trolley and other professional railway intelligent tools to achieve high-precision and high-efficiency construction through data management.
"Contact network conductor erection is a key link in the construction of traction power supply projects. We adhere to high standards and strict requirements, adopt advanced technology and technology, and can set up about 6 kilometers of contact network conductors every day. It is expected that the full line erection task will be completed by the end of April this year." Yang Zian, chief engineer of Chongping Railway Project of China Railway Electrochemical Bureau, said.
Liang Guohua, senior engineer of the Nanning Railway Engineering Construction Command of the Nanning Railway Nanning Bureau, introduced that the roadbed, bridge and tunnel project of the Chongping section of the Nanping High-speed Railway has been completed, and the "four electricity" project has been completed by 28%. It is expected that the metal roof capping and track laying of the new station building will be completed in mid-to-late March. Joint debugging and testing will be started in July this year to prepare for the opening and operation of the internal line this year.
It is understood that the Chongping section of the Nanping High-speed Railway is 81.52 kilometers long and has a designed speed of 250 kilometers per hour. It is expected to be opened and operated within this year. At that time, the Nanping High-speed Railway will be fully connected. From Nanning to Pingxiang, direct high-speed railways can be achieved, and direct high-speed trains to the Sino-Vietnam border cities will be achieved. The operation time of the trains in the two places will be reduced from more than 4 hours to more than 1 hour, forming a convenient transportation channel for China to connect with ASEAN. (End)
