Since last year, the two-level organs and units of Jiulongpo District and Xiejiawan Street have selected 20 party members and cadres to enter communities with difficult governance and serve as members of the community work team. The construction manager then said: "About the chaos in the wires, we have started the rectification project simultaneously, and the communications company will enter the site to regulate the lines." The four-party council also connects enthusiastic people in the community. In the past, most of the old craftsmen in the community such as water and electricity repair, lock and leak repair were mobile vendors. After consultation by the four councils, a craftsmanship workshop for the people was built, providing free venues for the old craftsmen to operate, which not only facilitates them to do business, but also meets the living needs of residents. "Now many old craftsmen have become volunteer service members in the community and take the initiative to feed back to their neighbors," said Wu Chengli.

At present, through the responsibility mechanism of "community cadres take charge of the Internet and connect households, and in-service party members are organized to join households", Democratic village communities mobilize more than 200 party members at home and registered party members to dynamically claim grid tasks, and carry out regular mass visits activities.
