In Hubei, the Wuyi section of the Shanghai-Chongqing-Chengdu High-speed Railway has entered the joint debugging and testing stage. The construction of the river high-speed railway channel with a total of 2,360 kilometers along the Yangtze River is being stepped up, accelerating the connection between the three major urban agglomerations of the Yangtze River Delta, the middle reaches of the Yangtze River, and the Chengdu-Chongqing. At the same time, strengthen the allocation of transportation resources and continuously strengthen the resilience of the road network.

In Inner Mongolia, more than half of the annual targets for high-standard farmland construction have been started one after another. This year, the scope of support for the construction of the "two-level" has been expanded to 720 key counties in the country's grain capacity improvement and 83 typical black soil areas covered by the northeast. In Heilongjiang, over 9 billion yuan of super-long-term special treasury bonds have upgraded and renewed nearly 300 underground pipeline projects. Driven by the "two-fold" project, this year, the country has promoted the construction and transformation of urban underground pipelines such as gas, water supply and drainage, and heating, and this year, and the operation and management mechanism of urban underground pipelines has been continuously improved.

This year, my country will continue to promote the integrated comprehensive management of sewage plants and rivers and lakes, support the implementation of comprehensive management of desertified land, afforestation and grass planting, restoration of degraded forests, and grassland improvement, support the establishment of a national venture capital guidance fund, and promote the growth and growth of science and technology-based enterprises.
