As of March 31, except for individual coordinated areas in Guangxi, other coordinated areas across the country have completed the first quarter of 2025 information release.

In January this year, the National Health Insurance Administration issued a notice requiring that the medical insurance data working groups in all coordinated regions be fully covered and that the medical insurance fund assets should be revealed regularly to designated medical institutions.

It is reported that based on the 8 categories of 49 data indicators released by the state, various places have added data indicators based on actual conditions. Many places explore the use of scientific and technological means to improve the efficiency of data release and expand the big data analysis function of the medical insurance information platform.

Many medical institutions participating in the data release activities said that the release of medical insurance data will help medical institutions understand medical insurance policies, help optimize disease cost accounting, improve performance evaluation system, and clarify the "fund plate" and "benchmark plate" for medical institutions' expectations, effectively enhance the coordination of medical insurance and medical reform, and form a joint force for reform.

The National Health Insurance Administration stated that the next step will guide local governments to improve the data working group mechanism, carry out data release on a regular basis, and continuously improve the quality of data release.
